Suewong D. McFadden is a dynamic and accomplished educator based in Phoenix, Arizona, with roots tracing back to the vibrant city of Durham, North Carolina. She embarked on her educational journey by earning a B.A. in Theatre Education from the esteemed North Carolina Central University in 2016. Her commitment to academic excellence led her to obtain an MAT in Curriculum & Instruction from the University of Phoenix in October 2022.

With over nine years of experience in the education field, McFadden remains dedicated to ensuring that every child attains the highest quality educational experience. Born in the Bronx, New York, and raised in Lexington, North Carolina, McFadden graduated from Lexington Senior High in 2009. Her passion for mentorship and community engagement emerged during her time in Durham, where she served as a mentor to children in the local community.

In 2017, McFadden embarked on her teaching career at Bethesda Elementary, earning a Principal Award for her tenacity as a Beginner Teacher. Her exceptional educational approach resulted in annual requests for classroom placement by both parents and colleagues. McFadden's impact extended to a low-income area, addressing the academic needs of at-risk students with data-driven strategies, rigorous learning, and targeted interventions.

In 2020, pursuing her lifelong dream, McFadden relocated to the West Coast and marked a new chapter by authoring her first children's book, "In Ms. McFadden's Class," released on April 15, 2020. Building on this success, she introduced the "Amir & Asia Series," with the first installment, "Bossy Asia," slated for release in July 2023.
